1. Overview

At A4L America LLC (Appliances 4 Less Doraville), we specialize in scratch and dent, open-box, and discounted appliances. Due to the nature of these products and their already reduced prices, all sales are final with limited exceptions as outlined below.

2. Important Notice - All Sales Final

Please Read Carefully:

Due to the discounted nature of our scratch and dent, open-box, and used appliances, all sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Inspect items carefully before purchase (in-store inspection is required)
  • Verify dimensions and specifications match your needs
  • Ask questions about condition and functionality before completing purchase

3. Limited Exception - Mechanical or Electrical Defects Only

We will only accept returns or exchanges for items with mechanical or electrical defects that render the appliance non-functional, subject to the following conditions:

  • Time limit: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
  • Proof required: Customer must provide clear documentation (photos/videos) of the defect
  • Inspection: Our technician may need to inspect the item to verify the defect
  • Resolution: At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit

We will NOT accept returns for:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, dings) - these are expected and disclosed
  • Change of mind or wrong size/color selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Damage that occurred after delivery or pickup
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

4. How to Report a Defect

If you believe your appliance has a mechanical or electrical defect within 48 hours of delivery/pickup:

  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the defect
  3. Send clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue
  4. Do not attempt to repair or modify the appliance yourself
  5. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day

Important: Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return, but may still be covered under store warranty.

5. Store Warranties

All of our appliances come with store warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. These warranties are separate from our return policy and may provide coverage beyond our 48-hour window.

Warranty information is provided at the time of purchase. Warranty service is handled directly by the store where you made your purchase.

6. Inspection Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all customers to:

  • In-store purchases: Thoroughly inspect the appliance before completing the purchase
  • Online purchases: We only offer brand new products online purchases
  • Ask questions: Our staff is here to help you understand the condition and functionality of each item

7. Why All Sales Are Final

We offer scratch and dent, open-box, and used appliances at significantly reduced prices - often 30-70% off retail. This deep discount reflects the cosmetic imperfections and "as-is" nature of these products. To maintain these low prices for our customers, we cannot accept returns for cosmetic issues or buyer's remorse.

8. Incorrect Item Delivered

If we deliver an incorrect model or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item at no cost to you
  • We will deliver the correct item or provide a full refund
  • All shipping costs will be covered by us
